Great news! Let's Leap has arrived at Devonshire House Preparatory School with an exciting after-school care program for kids aged 3 to 5!
We've got a ton of fun activities lined up for your child to enjoy.

Activities
Our approach is child-led, offering a gentle balance of comfort, routine and playful exploration. We create an inviting environment where your little one can discover activities they enjoy, explore at their own pace, and feel confident and supported every step of the way.
📚 Story Time – Gentle, engaging stories read aloud to spark imagination, build early language skills, and create a calm, comforting routine for little ones.
🧸 Sensory Play – Activities such as water play, sand trays, textured materials, pasta or rice play, and simple sensory bins designed to support early cognitive development and curiosity.
🎨 Mini Arts & Crafts – Safe, simple creative activities using chunky crayons, finger paints, playdough, stickers, and natural materials. Perfect for encouraging creativity, fine motor skills, and self-expression.
🏡 Role Play & Imaginative Play – A cosy home corner with dolls, toy kitchens, dress-up items, and soft toys to help children explore imagination, social interaction, and early communication skills.
🧩 Early Learning Stations – Age-appropriate puzzles, stacking toys, sorting games, and building blocks that support problem-solving, coordination, and early numeracy.
🌳 Outdoor Exploration – Time outside to enjoy fresh air, run, climb, play with ride-on toys, discover nature, and develop gross motor skills in a safe, supervised environment.
🎶 Music & Movement – Singing, rhymes, dancing, action songs, and simple instruments to build rhythm, language, confidence, and joy through movement.
😌 Quiet & Calm Time – A peaceful space for children to unwind with soft toys, books, and gentle music - helping them relax after a busy day at school.

| Tuesday | A brown or white bread sandwich with jam, honey, cheese, or plant-based butter, served with apples, oranges or pears. |
| Wednesday | Crackers with a choice of plant-based butter, cheese, jam, or honey with sliced fruits: apple, orange, or pear slices. |
| Thursday | Pitta pockets with veggie sticks (carrot, cucumber, bell pepper) and cool salsa dip. |
| Friday | Rice cakes with sliced fruits: apple, orange, or pear slices. |
(Please be aware that our food menu might change occasionally due to limited access to certain areas of the school throughout the year and delays in deliveries)

Booking Terms & Conditions
Minimum Booking Notice
Bookings can be made, changed, or cancelled on the same day, up until the start of any After-School Care session. This means changes must be made by 3:00 pm. Changes cannot be made after this time.
Late Booking Charges
Parents/carers of children not booked into the breakfast club or after-school care, but who subsequently attend, will incur a £5.00 non-booking fee per child, in addition to the cost of the after-school care session.
Cancellation Policy
A parent or guardian can make cancellations or change dates through our Magic Booking system. To do so, please log in to your account, view your booking by clicking on ‘Go to Booking,’ and then select ‘Amend Date(s).’ Here, you can make changes to your booking, and any cancelled sessions will automatically be credited to your account.
Please note that Let's Leap only offers credit refunds, and no other form of refund will be provided. The minimum cancellation notice period is the same as the minimum booking notice, meaning cancellations must be made before the start of after-school care in order to receive a credit refund.
Please note if bookings are cancelled without the minimum booking notice, no credit will be applied.
This is to ensure the correct ratio of staff and equipment/resources is available for each child attending and to communicate last-minute changes to staff and schools.
