Let’s Leap was founded in 2019 by Chris Kelly and Reece Elbourn, with a clear ambition: to raise the standard of childcare and create school holiday experiences that children genuinely can’t wait to come back to.

Today, Let’s Leap is a premium childcare and holiday camp provider, trusted by some of the country’s leading independent schools, including Eton College, and caring for more than 2,000 children every day during peak school holiday periods.

As we’ve grown, our focus on quality has remained at the heart of everything we do. Our settings have undergone multiple Ofsted inspections, achieving the best possible outcomes, while thousands of families continue to trust us with what matters most – their children.

A huge part of what sets Let’s Leap apart is our people. A significant proportion of our team are qualified teachers and experienced education professionals, bringing exceptional standards of care, safeguarding and child development into the holiday camp environment.

We combine this expertise with outstanding facilities and an incredible variety of experiences – from swimming and electric go-karting to creative activities, group games and much more. Everything is carefully designed around providing children with a safe, age-appropriate, fun and enriching experience.

Despite our growth, Chris and Reece remain closely involved in the day-to-day experience delivered across Let’s Leap. That hands-on approach, combined with an exceptional team and some of the country's finest school settings, is what allows us to deliver the standard of childcare families have come to expect from Let’s Leap.
