A huge part of what shapes a child’s experience at camp never appears in a job description. It lives in the small, thoughtful moments our staff create every day.

By Tuesday morning, our teachers know every child’s name. They notice who’s gone quiet, who needs encouragement, who’s feeling nervous, and who is finally beginning to settle in. They celebrate small wins, send reassuring photos home to parents, and make children feel genuinely seen, valued, and included.
