Special Educational Needs & Disabilities
Let's Leap welcomes all children, regardless of any special educational needs, disability, or behavioural difficulties, to attend and fully participate in our camps.
Let’s Leap is committed to working in partnership with parents/guardians to support every child in reaching their full potential across all activities, including physical development. We aim to be as inclusive as possible and will make reasonable adjustments to support children with additional needs and/or disabilities to access our holiday camps.
Our Inclusion Manager leads on SEND provision and works closely with families (and where appropriate, other professionals) to gather relevant information and ensure the right support is in place. We strive to make our activities accessible to all children, with needs monitored and reviewed on a daily basis where required.
We welcome all children to attend Let’s Leap Camps. Where a child requires 1:1 support, this can be arranged at an additional cost to be covered by the parent/guardian.
To ensure we can safely and effectively support your child, we require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice prior to the start of camp. This allows us sufficient time to recruit staff (if needed), gather all relevant information, and put appropriate support in place. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings for children requiring additional support without this notice period.
In some cases, our provision may not be the most suitable environment for a child. Where this is the case, our Inclusion Manager will work with parents/guardians to explore options and agree on the best outcome for the child.
Our Inclusion Manager is available to discuss your child's needs and will offer all the help they can to ensure your child has a memorable camp experience.
