Exceptional Wraparound Care, Designed for The Hall Families
We are delighted to announce that we will be launching a brand-new Wraparound Care provision from September 2026 at The Hall.
For many families, balancing busy schedules alongside school life can be a challenge. Our goal is simple: to provide a safe, engaging and high-quality environment where children can continue their day with friends, explore new activities and enjoy their time after school.
This exciting new provision will be available daily during term time for all boys from Reception to year 8, commencing on Thursday 3rd September.

| Tuesday | A brown or white bread sandwich with jam, honey, cheese, or plant-based butter, served with apples, oranges or pears |
| Wednesday | Soup served with a buttered brown or white roll on the side, available in vegetable or tomato flavour. |
| Thursday | Pitta pockets with veggie sticks (carrot, cucumber, bell pepper) and cool salsa dip. |
| Friday | Rice cakes with sliced fruits: apple, orange, or pear slices. |

Session 2 – Children attending an after-school club can join Let's Leap afterwards and remain with us until 6:00pm. Boys will be accompanied from their club to Let’s Leap at the Junior School.
The collection point for all sessions is from Reception Building, 2 Buckland Crescent.
Parents may collect their child at any point before the end of their booked session.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Minimum Booking Notice
Bookings can be made, changed, or cancelled on the same day, up until the start of any After-School Care session. This means changes must be made by 3:00 pm. Changes cannot be made after this time.
Cancellation Policy
A parent or guardian can make cancellations or change dates through our Magic Booking system. To do so, please log in to your account, view your booking by clicking on ‘Go to Booking,’ and then select ‘Amend Date(s).’ Here, you can make changes to your booking, and any cancelled sessions will automatically be credited to your account.
Please note that Let's Leap only offers credit refunds, and no other form of refund will be provided. The minimum cancellation notice period is the same as the minimum booking notice, meaning cancellations must be made before the start of after-school care in order to receive a credit refund.
Please note if bookings are cancelled without the minimum booking notice, no credit will be applied.
This is to ensure the correct ratio of staff and equipment/resources is available for each child attending and to communicate last-minute changes to staff and schools.
