Hibah is our Head of Extended Schools and a fully qualified teacher, bringing energy, expertise, and positivity to everything she does. Bright and bubbly by nature, she is passionate about supporting our teams and raising the quality of wraparound care across all settings.

She works closely with staff to provide guidance and support, ensuring every environment is nurturing, well-run, and engaging for children. Hibah is highly valued by the team and is loved for her encouraging approach and genuine care for others.

Outside of work, Hibah enjoys going to the gym and is well known in the office for making coffees for the Let’s Leap team - often topped with smiley faces and latte art.
