Get ready for some incredible fun! Your child will have a blast with our access to the swimming pool, an NBA-style sports hall, and an awesome outdoor grass area. We're all set to offer an exciting variety of activities that your child will absolutely love!
Located just a short 5-minute walk from Athens, using a private road within the school's expansive grounds, Willowbrook Sports Pavillion provides us with all-weather tennis courts, hockey pitches and 3G Astro-turf pitches, creating an idyllic setting for your child's enjoyment.

Sibling (2 children 5%, 3 children 6.6%, 4 children 7.5%) and weekly discounts (5%) are applied automatically at checkout.
Weekly discounts apply only if the same timeslot is booked for the entire week (e.g., standard day). Mixing standard day with extended day bookings will not be eligible for weekly discounts.

Experience a diverse range of activities at our Holiday Activity Camp, where each week unveils a new adventure tailored for children aged 4-11 years. From dynamic sports to captivating arts and crafts, from engaging team-building games to exciting outdoor adventures, every session promises a one-of-a-kind journey filled with joy and discovery.

*Please note we will swim as often as we can, but swimming sessions are subject to pool and lifeguard availability.
What to bring
To ensure your child has the best experience, please remember to pack the following:
1. Swimsuit including a towel: A must-have for all the water fun!
2. Arrive in Comfortable Clothing: Perfect for an active day full of fun and adventure.
3. Balanced Packed Lunch: To keep those energy levels high, please include a nutritious lunch. Just so you know - we are a nut-free camp, so no NUTS, please! :)
4. Extra Snacks: Two snacks, one for the morning and one for the afternoon break, will help keep those tummies happy.
5. Refillable Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key, so a water bottle that can be refilled throughout the day is essential.
Camp Information
We would love to welcome your child to Let's Leap activity camps, which open at 8:00 am for arrival no later than 9:15 am, and collection is between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm. Campers staying for an extra slice (6:00 pm) will get to enjoy an additional activity.
To help busy parents and for ease, we have created a Parent Pad where you can find out all the information you need to know. As soon as you have made your booking, you will also receive a booking confirmation email with all the essential details.
Important information – our medical and information forms need to be completed online via your account ahead of camp and each time you book with us. Even if your child has been to camp before, you do need to check and confirm the declarations are still correct. For any other questions, please visit our Parent Pad

We are registered to accept payment from all the major childcare voucher providers.
Booking Guidelines
Minimum Booking Notice
Bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 8 hours before the start of any holiday camp session – changes may not occur after this time.
Late Booking Charges
Parents/carers of children not booked into the Holiday Camp, but who subsequently attend, will incur a £10.00 non-booking fee per child, in addition to the cost of the Holiday Camp session.
Cancellation Policy
A parent or guardian can make cancellations or change dates by using our Magic Booking system. Please login to your account and view your booking by clicking on ‘go to booking’ and then clicking on ‘Amend Date(s)’. Here you can make changes to your booking, which will automatically credit your account for any cancelled sessions.
Please note if bookings are cancelled without the minimum booking notice, no credit will be applied.
This is to ensure the correct ratio of staff and equipment/resources are available for each child attending and communicate last-minute changes to staff and schools.
