Although we started Let’s Leap in 2019, our real story begins a little farther back when a fateful work experience put me in touch with a young Reece, whom I would later go on to create this VERY company with. It was the right kind of energy meeting the right kind of experience. Since then, we’ve been on a mission to provide schools with high-quality teachers for PE/PPA cover.

As co-founders of Let’s Leap, we are not afraid of getting on the ground level with our staff, and our commitment to building a caring company that puts staff and children first is what keeps our partner schools coming back each year.
